Game, set, MATCH for Fun Nana!

Game, set, MATCH for this very fun & active 80 yrs young Nana!! Despite a few months of ibuprofen and PT (2 to 3x per week for 8 weeks), "Fun Nana" contacted me for Bowenworks to address her ongoing pain and a restricted range of motion to her right shoulder due to a tennis injury she suffered while jumping up to his a back handed volley on November 11, 2017!! While resting that afternoon, she reached over to her telephone then felt something snap and in pain. At her first session in mid-February, she shared that her goal was to play tennis again by April (since she had tennis subs covering for her through March). Arriving at her second session a week later, "Fun Nana" reported & demonstrated much improvement with pain relief, function and range of motion in her right shoulder. She agreed to extend her next follow up to 10 days later. After her 3rd session, she had improved well enough to get back on the tennis court for a game. After her game, she reported feeling great and sent the following testimonial!!
My right shoulder was injured while playing tennis four months ago, and after two months of ibuprofen and physical therapy exercises recommended by my doctors, it was still a long way from resuming normal range of motion and activities. An X-ray and ultra sound showed no bone deterioration nor tissue tear....just some extreme inflammation.

A friend told me how Bowen therapy helped his wife to be rid sciatica pain and how one of his neighbors said it resolved her carpal tunnel pain. After checking out Bowen therapy on the internet, I decided to give it a try. After three sessions, my shoulder now has about 95% range of motion back, and only slight discomfort when moving arm to center of my back. I am back playing tennis (only one time per week for now) with no pain.

I am a very active 80-year-old female, and am opposed taking pain medication if at all possible. Bowen therapy is a very good alternative for me.
